AEserver is pleased to announce that this August, we are celebrating 10 years of being an accredited .ae and .emarat (امارات. Arabic IDN) domain name registrar under the .ae domain name administration (aeDA) which is an initiative of the UAE's telecom regulatory authority (TRA).
AEserver was one of the first, few companies to apply to the brand new regime of the aeDA following the registry/registrar model and we went live on the first day of operations of the new registry on 3rd August 2008.
It has been an incredible journey which saw the .ae country code domain name grow to over 200,000+ registrations. The registration process has also evolved over time from pen & paper to semi-online to 24/7 instant online registration.
