To use the Incoming Filtering Services, the MX records have to be setup.

Please set the records as follows:

mx.spamexperts.com (Priority 10)
fallbackmx.spamexperts.eu (Priority 20)
lastmx.spamexperts.net (Priority 30)

Once done, give it some time for the DNS propagation.

Important: For cPanel users that are using emails from cPanel, please make sure to update the email routing:

Go to cPanel > Look for "Email Routing" and make sure it is set to Local Mail Exchanger.
