A: Log in to your client area and click on the UPDATE section, you can change all the details apart from the COMPANY NAME and for such request you must open a ticket.
Q: I ordered the wrong domain name, can I change it?
A: Domain registrations are done real time but there is a cancellation window for orders within 24 hours and you only need to pay the 50 AED fee to process the change.
For orders processed more than 24 hours, there is no other option.

A: You will need to initiate a request for email address change and you will be asked to provide documents to verify account ownership. Please open a ticket to tech for details.
Q: How do I pay my invoice?
A: Log in to your client area and click on the BILLING section, from there you view your open invoice and add the credit card details.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Log in to your client area and click on the UPDATE section, there you will find the option to change your password.
Q: I can't remember the answer to my security question, how can I get a new password?
A: You can contact support to send a new password to your registered email.
