With AEserver's sub-account, you can configure an account for a different user with the follow options:

- View & Pay Invoices
- View & Accept Quotes
- View & Open Support Tickets

- Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations
To add Sub-Account on your AEserver profile, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to your client area (https://www.aeserver.com/my/clientarea.php)
2. Select Contacts/ Sub-Accounts
3. Fill in the details, and then tick the Activate Sub-Account box. A new dialog box appears. 
4. Select the options you want to configure for the new user and then click Save Changes.
